Impact at a Glance
Selected Work
Across 17 years, the work has spanned circular economy, CSR strategy, inclusion, water, health, and sustainability governance. Here are the initiatives that made a measurable difference.
Circular Economy
Convened 30+ corporates, municipalities, NGOs, and recyclers to build a first-of-its-kind recovery system integrating the informal waste sector into a scalable, policy-aligned circular economy model. Recognised with the ICC Social Impact Award, 2019.
CSR Strategy & Governance
Led a ₹700M+ CSR portfolio spanning multiple themes across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Built real-time ESG dashboards and impact tracking platforms enabling portfolio-wide visibility and evidence-based decision making at board level.
Women's Inclusion & Livelihoods
Designed and delivered programs training 5,000+ women micro-retailers in digital finance, business management, and customer engagement — strengthening financial independence and digital participation at grassroots level.
Water & WASH
Partnered with WSUP on safe water access programs improving conditions for 1,000+ families. Simultaneously led operational water stewardship initiatives — aligning community impact with corporate sustainability targets across two markets.
Community Health
Established a dedicated Health Centre for waste picker families and ran 20+ health camps annually — bringing primary healthcare, maternal health, and immunization services to a population largely outside the formal health system.
Education & Skill Building
Supported 1,500+ children in non-formal education and trained 800+ women vocationally — addressing both dropout rates and livelihood gaps in communities adjacent to the informal waste sector.
